My name is Joshua Yeakey
And this is my Portfolio...
I was born in Dallas TX and raised in Irving Texas.
I'm currently attending MacArthur Highschool to learn my skills.
Most of my free time is spent on playing video games and YouTube, which inspire me so it's still productive.
With a small portion on homework if I don't finish it during lunch.
I enjoy graphic design because it lets me do more than
I ever thought I could do with pencil and paper.

is to show what I'm capable of doing for people to see.

A cute little panda bear with not so cute dartgun

A logo I did based on my initials, not as bad as I thought it would look.

A house that's by a mountain, and a little hill with a river.

A poster that's space themed!
CityScape
Made an emerald city, not the best designs. But not bad either.
Tatto Design
A sword going through fire, it could mean something if you wanted it to.
Valentine's Day Card
A Valentine's card I made for my mom, she loved it!
Typography Portrait
A portrait of words on the shades of a face, didn't do so good on this one. But you get the picture.

A text poster with a style of a lotus flower using colors like green and pink.
Movie Poster Design
A redesign of the movie Ratatouille. It's now about a horror about the ghost of a...murdered chief!

Illustrator

Illustrator is similar to photoshop, but is used for other things like graphics and logos. Leaning how to make neat designs.
Photoshop
(Started using in 2016)
Used for editing images, knowing how to change the color in a picture. Or add things that were not originally there. Movie posters are edited, along with most posters.
Flash (Adobe Animate)
(Started using in 2017)
Used to animate things, make things move. Tweens, frame-by frame, many styles of animation are used for many purposes. Any sort of graphic you see move was probably animated by someone.

Premiere
Used for editing video, everything you watch was edited by someone. Used to organize clips and make them fit well, along with synching the music, sound effects and much more.
Audition
(Started using in 2016)
Used for editing audio, changing pitches,
balancing sounds so you can hear them all. Cleaning up things so they sound like how we imagine them. Used for radio, commercials and movies.
